Scot Ackerman, M.D.
Scot Ackerman, M.D., is the Medical Director of First Coast Oncology, which provides radiation therapy at three facilities across Northeast Florida. Dr. Ackerman, board-certified in Radiation Oncology, is Chief of Radiation Oncology at St. Vincent's Medical Center, where one of First Coast Oncology's facilities is located.
Among his professional memberships are the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology and the Radiological Society of North America. Committed to the community, he is past president of the Jacksonville Jewish Federation and is a member of St. Vincent's Medical Center's Foundation Board.
Dr. Ackerman earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University, and completed his residency in radiation oncology at Columbia University in New York City.
Ryan Perkins, M.D.
Ryan Perkins, M.D., board-certified in Radiation Oncology, practices at the Department of Radiation Oncology at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He has been awarded research grants and has presented and published medical papers on benign and malignant diseases in Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Surgery And Radiation and Oncology. He performed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin and received his Medical Degree from the University of Utah.
Paul Ossi, M.D.
Paul Ossi, M.D., joined First Coast Oncology after completing his residency at the University of Miami. He has published several medical papers on various subjects regarding radiation oncology and is a member of the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. Dr. Ossi received his Medical Degree and Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.
Felicia Snead, M.D. 
Felicia Snead, M.D., board-certified in Radiation Oncology, joined First Coast Oncology in 2011. She completed her residency at New York, Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and received her Medical Degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She has published several medical papers on various subjects regarding radiation oncology and is a member of the American College of Radiation Oncology and the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, serving at both the local and national levels.
